Here is an idea...

Do a 1-2 minutes flight with Waypoints.

Repeat it once per week or month.

Then build a movie mixing and matching them all.

To, the flight will be the same but the scenario will change with the seasons.

Anybody?

Yes, I have started one but using a POI Orbit of an object surrounded by timber.    Wish I could store the POI info like the Waypoints but that is minor I guess.   Like you said it will be interesting to see every revolution change a bit as the seasons change.

Yes, very good idea. I ever test by waypoints for 2days x morning,noon and evening for match frame edit. but look slightly different altitude and points, so cant acheive thus time. i guess i should record at least altitude and angle of tilt of camera,

and follow the record to start exact point. if can, really kind of revolution. and agree sir edward k said do this POI or Course lock may accurate to do this, i feel.

Love the idea with autumn upon us should make for some stellar videos.

I thought about the same thing but on POI mode aroind he same object at same hight,speed and radius but at different times of the day.

I took a stab at Litchi last night again.

There is some get use but it seems that I found a path.

Now needs patience to build a story in my head then try.
