I think so far my biggest issue with the OSMO x3 (Out side of the onboard audio) is the lack of focusing. The OSMO is something I owuld like to use to shoot object at a distance of 1 foot perhaps and it doesn't give the capability to do so. It seems that the closest focus is at about 3 feet. Is this something that could be fixed in an update?

X3 lens on the Osmo is fixed focus at 3 feet to infinity. There is nothing you can do to focus closer without attaching some sort of additional macro lens, which doesn't exist for this camera.

The X5 can focus closer - less than a foot. Save up your money and get the X5 upgrade!!
