Video Glitch Error on OSMO (video example)

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with my Osmo.
I have just one day with it and im very dissapointed.

This is the problem:



Specs:
-This error is present on every recording configuration.
-Im using the memory card that came with the Osmo.
-My firmware version is 1.0.1.19



Hope someone could help me before I have to return it.

Are you recording in 4K? Theres a known bug in the upper 4K fps...DJI knows about it

What about your settings,Please.
We have a problem in 4096*2160 . Please try other resolutions first.And the problem will be fixed in next firmware.

As I exposed on the post I have the same issue in all resolutions.

Hi, did the video that you uploaded came from the cache or the sd card?  Please try the following before you contact the support and ask for the return:
1) Check the video in the SD card
2) Try to use different SD card
if the problem exist for every resolution and another SD card, please contact our technical support for help. Thanks!
We have an exsit 4K recording bug, and we will fix it in the next firmware which will come out soon.

Hey there, a couple of days into mine and I'm getting random glitches on PAL 4k (that'S UHD 3840x2160 at 25 FPS) not the upper 4K
Thought it was scene complexity and rapid pan/tilt movement, but I'm not so sure. I got a massive streak of noise through frame centre on a slow track.

Do you mean you have that video glitch in 1080P? Have you tried different SD card? What about the other resolution? You can try to upgrade to firmware 1.2.1.60.

I updated firmware and it got worse. It crashes every time I record in 4k 4096 at 24fps.
I find it very strange that the audio from the Dji go app sounds louder and crisp. The audio from the SD card sounds muffled? I then downloaded the clip from the Dji go app and it sounds great on my phone and computer..  I did the same with the SD card, I transferred all the clips into my computer and the sound. Horrible. So please advise.

The audio on the APP Library is recorded by the phone MIC, the audio of SD card files is recorded by OSMO internal MIC, it's near the fan , so it sounds noisy. You can use an external MIC, then the audio of original files in SD card will be recorded by your external MIC.

You mean the app freeze when shooting 4k 4096 at 24fps? This is an existing bug of the current firmware, we will fix it at the next release which will come soon.

Hello everyone,

I reply this post from 2005 with the same problem... now we have 2020! no idea about it from the producer?
I have the same problem with some photos and videos. It happens on some files .. (this doesn't happen in every file) I will add that I don't change the resolution.
Just once is ok and once with such an effect. The priv short sample video is on my channel here: youtu.be/K6Ch9cDvMUM

I think it happened after the update, because in several recorded movies on the first day of purchase there was no such effect. So this could happen after the upgrade.
