Dear Support team,

after the firmware issue, now a new problem come to my osmo after 3 days buying.
while recording/photo/timelapse all the buttons can not be enabled or not work,which can be functioned only the joystick, trigger and on/off button.
in my iphone same as wel, all indicators are sometimes so N/A N/A N/A and only true indicator of battery indicator, several times before the camera led indicator still recording and the gimbal its to hot if touched.i try both 2.4 and 5.8GHz WiFi and has been reset the camera and WiFi. my firmware v1 0 1 19+ now.
maybe i get a bad unit, the quality is not good or my osmo did not pass of the great quality control???
I love everything of Dji Product, I’m phantom 2/3 users, but in my osmo i really really disappointed. I wasted time and loss of work useless just to think about this. more details please see the video below.
and why my account can't login anymore in my iphone or ipad(use for phantom with ios last firmware)???
hopefully there is a way out for all of this.

Hi maykel

can you check to make sure there is no damage to the pins on the handle where the gimbal attaches ( careful removing it )..

I returned my Osmo this week, the first one gave me problems returned it and the second one as well. Did so before I got stuck with it. Should have not been released until all bugs were fixed and able to work better with Android devices...

I know.. The pins on the gimbal serve many functions ( video,telemetry,controls ).. Looking at your video, it does not show its recording and no details from the camera ( ISO and the like ).. Bad connection o the pins will create this issue..

There is an icon on the left top side. It shows camera or a video camera.....when you move it to video the button will turn red. The blinking green light means the camera is shooting something...I see you have the timelaspe icon showing and down on the bottom right there is the number 1...this is telling you the camera is shooting a timelaspe photo. As far as why you dont have anything accross the top...I dont know...try getting out of the timelaspe, back to scenery or something and see what happens...maybe even re-boot.

I didnt see an attachment but the camera button wont work as long as the time lapse is shooting...it has to finish...did you get out of time lapse?

timelapse error too, the video file was broken, cause didn't finish recording

Have you tried re-mount the camera and restart OSMO?
About the log in problem, what's your app version? Can you log in the DJI website? If the problem still exist, it's the hardware malfunction, please contact the technical support for replacement. Thanks.

I've been many times to do as you say above
and the result is the same.

my app v2.4.1(2378) and the lastest iOS version, on my android no problem for login.
but on my iphone and ipad can't.
why???im using my own domain, not yahoo or gmail.
i reply to you in this forum need to login first, is it true???

About the log-in problem, it's a log in email format bug, we will fix it in the next version app v2.4.2. Please try to log in by android device first and wait for the IOS new app release.

Really sorry, the format of your email is not supported in this IOS app version right now because of the '-' problem. I've reported to the APP team, hope they will fix it ASAP. Suggestion is that try to use Android app or use another email account without the '-' .
