OSMO repair... Fail!!!

Just got OSMO back from getting repaired of dead gimbal, now it just vibrates. What is the deal DJI? Please make this right?!

I've updated firmware. It just vibrates and green light one.

Just re-installed the "MAJOR" firmware V1.2.1.60 as suggested in the email received on Nov 11, 2015...no dice. Now it is doing the original problem before I sent it in the first time.
