you could automate the rotation during timelapse ?
creating automatic movements programmable via app dj go

This is a very much requested feature. I am sure it will be added soon. DJI are like Apple in some ways, in that they leave out obvious features to add at a later date.

It just takes DJI 4 steps to convert me into a happy osmo customer:
1) Implement the pre-programmable 2-axis camera rotation (Amy, I took your post for granted and only ordered my osmo after reading your post...)
2) Fix the resolution problem in timelapse (not 4k as promised but some 1280 x 700 blur)
3) fix the unwanted / uncontrollable slow gimbal movement
4) Kick some DJI sales ass and spent those early adopters having all the pain and performing tests DJI should have done (and fixed) upfront the free extra battery you are now offering at christmas sale.

Then it can become a happy christmas time ;-)

Alright, I will report your suggestions to the corresponding engineers and sales.

Great that DJI fixed many of the issues with the new firmware. Now looking forward to panning timelapse functionality to be added!

Gues we waited long enough by now. And DJI did implement this feature, but just for the Osmo +.
So will the feature finally be available for Osmo X3 anytime "soon" (first choice) or how do I get my money back while DJI did not deliver what I payed for (second choice)?

Please give me a clear answer on either first or second choice.

DJI seems to keep this feature back... Obviously they are not interested in satisfying their existing customers but trying to sell their new version of the Osmo, the Osmo+.
That´s sad and some kind annoying, because it would be no problem to implement this feature with a software update. Non-DJI Apps like Litchi already use this feature with the same hardware...

But "Who cares what we promised some months ago, now it´s time to earn big money!" Right, DJI? Right, Amy?
