I wonder is there anyone had this kind problem too? How should i fix this?

I can still control the gimbal with joystick and device but the image didnt show up, and event cant take video nor photo
Its like the camera didnt connect, because i cant change camera setting

Indicator light both were solid green
I already try to turn off and on the osmo few times but nothing happen.
Firmware still stock from dji

Did you connect it with Wifi, and what type of device are you using.

Try also restart your phone.

I had this too sometimes ago, and just by restarting the phone, I can finally connect.

btw, what is your phone's model?

Already try it, but still didn't show the image.
Actually i got this kind issue few times ago,  with just restart osmo and device it will normal again,
But this this time I guess didn't work

My device that i try is, iphone 5s, iphone 6 and ipad mini 3

Your Osmo firmware version?

Its still same from base osmo
1.0.1.19+ i try to update with placing update file on root but its like the osmo didn't do anything

Hi, what micro SD card did you use?Left LED light becomes solid yellow means : Micro SD card error.  
1) Please format the SD card in the app. Check if the SD card is full in the PC. 2)Please try to take out the SD card see if the camera feed recovered.
3) Please try to use the original SD card and test different SD cards. The SD card needs to be class 10 or UHS-1 above and maximum capacity is 64GB.

I'm using lexar 16gb micro sd that comes with osmo,
I already try to format micro SD via App but it's say "memory time out"
I see , i will try with another micro SD today

Please provide a screenshot of your app , setting->general->about->firmware versions.

I already returned the Osmo to retail yesterday,

The firmware version is 1.0.1.19+
