Hello,
Just took my OSMO out for my very first test on a street. I noticed that it gets "bumpy" especially if you pay attention to the edges of the picture. I feel like this "bumpy" effect is mostly ups and downs... is this because I walked too fast? How to minimize this?

See video below

Thanks!

Yes, that's from the way you are walking. DJI have a video showing the right way to walk as part of their Osmo tutorial series or there will be similar tutorials on the web for other steadicam systems.  You need to modify the way you walk in the same fashion for pretty much any stabiliser you use.

It's not hard to do, you just look a little silly doing it :-)

I also use a full size steadicam in my pro work and there is much skill required to master the walk. And it is so , with the osmo but much less demanding. The video shows the rolling foot well, but there is a significant point that is not mentioned but is crucial to a good result: And that is to support the phone with the other hand. As it is effectively an outrigger this minimises radial/axial twist as you walk, reducing the amount of compensation that the gimbal has to carry out.
cheers!

Or, use Smartwheel (a.k.a Hoverboard) , like I did in this video:
