I have not been to get my Phantom 2 v2 with H3-3D to work, the Gimbal also has no serial number listed ?. where can I get a serial number, I have tried the reset and write with no luck, have also checked the box.

Why do you need a serial number?

Look at the label on the box it came in.  (By the way, the numbers in this photo were scrambled so I doubt they would work)

Can you be a bit more specific about what you're trying to do?  Are you using the Assistant Installer, the Vision Assistant or what?
