Ive had my Osmo for just a few weeks, it just stop working when you turn it on. Only the fan comes on. No lights and but I can detect the wifi on my phone. any advice?

Hi, have you unlocked the pan, pitch and roll axes before you turned the Osmo on? Is there any abnormal sound, like beep sound? If possible, a video or any picture about the problem will be more clear for us to understand. Thanks!

Have u got another battery to test on the Osmo?, make sure your battery is charging correctly, no pins bent in charger and good contact between charger pins and battery

Can you control the Osmo by the DJI GO App? you can connect the Osmo to your mobile device via the Osmo WiFi, can't you? If possible, please tell us more so that we can help fix the problem for you. Thank you!
