I'm wondering if there is any chance to get a picture by changing the osmo WiFi settings to 5.8G and then get a picture on a  fpv monitor ?

Hello! You can change the WiFi frequency from 2.4G to 5.8G in DJI GO App (Gear Icon->General setting->Wi-Fi setting). In addition, what do you mean by getting a picture on a FPV monitor exactly? You mean install DJI GO App in another FPV monitor device or something like that?

I mean that I have a fpv monitor witch is a 5.8G "black pearl " can I use it with osmo ?

Sorry, I'm afraid there won't be video output in your "black pearl". Anyhow, you can have a try.
