How do I download the flight records to my PC?  (iPhone app).  iTunes doesn't show the DJI app at all for some reason, either.

In a nutshell....
Connect USB Cable to port on front of Phantom
Turn Phantom On
Turn Controller on and enter Go App
In GoApp, locate Enable Data Mode

PC should connect to Phantom
Copy files to PC

Can't tell you why you're having iPad or iPhone issues

Try again I had to attach my phone a couple times and also look on your phone for a message about trusting the computer.. You have to allow computer to access files on phone.

Jesus, excuuuuuuse me.  I wasn't being sarcastic at all.  My original question was about downloading the flight data from the iPhone (i.e., the app) to the PC.  Sorry I wasn't clearer in my OP.

I was just wondering how to get all those flight logs that are in the history folder from the phone to the PC (and, subsequently, if they're ASCII, CSV, what have you).

So...I apologize if you took my comment as sarcasm.  I was, honestly, a bit surprised when it appeared that you can't get the data from your phone, but only from the Phantom itself.

On iTunes if you go on App tab and you scroll down, you should have a section "File Sharing" (look at image), the flights data are in the "FlightsRecords" folder, you just need to save that folder on your PC.
They are in .txt format.

Ah, sorry...I'm on a PC, not an Apple device (for iTunes).  So I have an iPhone connected to a Windows PC, running iTunes on the PC, and I see no such area anywhere on iTunes (nor do I see a DJI GO app listed anywhere).

I have an iPhone 6+ and use iTunes on a PC.  I've found that if you download an app directly onto the iPhone, it doesn't appear in iTunes, even after a sync.  If you download the app in iTunes, then sync, the app will be both in the iPhone and iTunes.  Same goes for updating apps.  If I update on the iPhone, then iTunes will still have the old version.  So now I install or update apps only through iTunes.  I think that older versions of iOS didn't have this one-way behavior.  Maybe there is some setting that changes this, but I haven't found it.
