My phantom had a minor crash few days ago, shell cracked and ESC broken lead to one motor stopped. I replaced the ESC and the shell by myself, after that, everything seems fine, however I cannot acquire any GPS signal anymore, after turned on it only got yellow light flashing and never turn into green.

I checked the GPS chips, it looks fine, no crack or anything.

Have anyone encounted the same problem? Or anyone can suggest me a solution?

Sounds like GPS Damage or possible main board damage. Look for loose connections.
And for hairline cracks in the boards.

Silly question I'm sure, but are you making sure the gps satellite antenna on the top half of the shell is plugged in when replacing the top shell?

I only added it because I made the exact same intake yesterday and had to research what the yellow blinks meant! haha.

Please check the GPS cable is plugged in before top shell assembly.
And check in the assitant upgrade page->GPS-> check the Hardware ID and firmware.
