Mac OSX 10.11.3, latest A2 software. On most occasions the aircraft does not connect to the Assistant software. I have no idea what the problem could. After all, the whole software including the A2 flight controller software seems to be crap.

DJI has clearly decided that the Phantom type systems are where the money is.

Things such as A2 updates and software for those of us flying the s1000 are not high on the priority list.

If some of the Phantom 4 features were ported to the A2 and the s1000+ running a Zenmuse gimbal it would really be incredible.

I told my last customer (name brand clothing manufacturer) that I could shoot with the Inspire X5 or an s1000+ carrying a Sony a7r. He described the output of the x5 he'd seen as pure rubbish, but couldn't believe that I didn't have a 4:2:2 4K option on a drone as large as the s1000+. I felt as though I had to apologize for flying DJI equipment.

It is a rapidly evolving market, Things change. Unfortunately the A2 system doesn't seem to be on the fast track.

Could you clarify what kind of connection issues are you experiencing? Is this your first time putting this rig together or did you recently begin to have issues? What kind of mobile device are you using? What gimbal are you using?

I could never get the A2 to connect to Assistant 2.  I reinstalled the A3 and then downloaded the new APPLE version of Assistant 2.  I will move on to other issues.  

Also,.. why do you not sell this part to me on your website in the USA?????

To clarify do you have an A2 or an A3, as they are two different flight controllers in how they work with Lightbridge 2 and they use different Assistant Software. Regarding Online Store parts, their stock does differ per region. This does not mean, however, that the parts cannot still be found through dealers.

The A2 still uses the A2 Assistant Software, the A3 is the one that uses the Assistant 2 software. For the A3, please ensure that you have the latest DJI Assistant 2 v1.0.5 on your computer. Anything older would not be compatible.
