The web rumour mill seems unclear on whether the Inspire 1 will have autonomous flight mode on Day 1.  I searched Inspire section of this forum, with nothing on the matter.

So...  will Inspire 1 have autonomous mode, and if so using what software?

In a word....No

Glad i checked, i was just about to order one....  seems like an odd and huge omission.

But Ground Station has been promised, and I think we'll eventually see it.
The Vision's GS took a little while.
There are enough problems getting the I1's initial release and software settled.
If the GS were included in the software pkg, it would more than likely be having issues.
The last thing anyone wants is a BVR flight to go haywire using a $3000+ aircraft...
