Has anybody applied for a new COA, This is a add on for the Blanket we have all received. Its to allow you to fly within the 5NM of an Aiport.

Tipster where are you located??

I have two questions. What is a COA and do you mean blanket waiver or exemption? If so, how do you obtain one? I am a part 107 pilot and and I am interested in a "blanket" exemption if it is possible. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!!
