Hi folks, so today I was flying my phantom 3 normally, but all of a sudden it crashed with out any reason. From the flight record, it seems as if it crashed because I hitted a tree, but in reality, the tree is cutted down not too long ago. The gimbal arm was bent, the gimbal plate is broken and the motors are scuffed, and one led light cover is missing. The drone won't contact with the rc after the crash. Can anyone help me please.

Start talking to DJI support as available off the DJI website. DJI Support (http://www.dji.com/support)
They'll want to see your flight logs.

How would the drone know if a tree was cut down or wasn't? Either it hit something, or it didn't. And if it hit it, it was there. It doesn't map features in an area. It wouldn't be thinking "there used to be a tree here, but Billy cut it down yesterday, so I'm good to fly."

It just fell from the sky even though I didn't do the CSC command.

He is saying  that anyone (DJI)  looking at the flight logs might thnk it hit the tree because the tree is still showing on the Google maps when, in fact, it was recently cut down.

Then what should I do about it, I am very sad about loosing my Phantom.

If it fell from the sky for no reason like you say, you have nothing to worry about. Theyll fix it.
