I can not update the controller because it is written : (Windows stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43).  Failure of a USB device descriptor request.  it does not work on the dji go application...Usb cable is ok.  thank you

I know

I have already tried to update the controller with application DJI GO! it does not work.
I then tried to update with assistant  2.0 on computer  but it stops at 49%
