Recently I changed my P3STD by a P3ADV.
I realize the first flight with the new drone on a football field.
He climbed usually performed the POI test without problems, then tested the Follow Me Mode also no problems.
I went back to the P-GPS mode (all the time with 19 satellites), he stood in the air without any command given on the radio and 47% of available battery power.

Sorry for your crash. I'd suggest you to sync your flight record and download the flight data files from your drone. Then send an email to support@dji.com with your data files and your DJI account. We will look into your case.
I made the purchase of the drone on a trip I made to paraguay. I bought in a DJI representative called Gaba Hobby Center. But I do not have the invoice of the product.
I can take it in a technical assistance without the invoice?

It would be better to download the flight data and do the data analysis before RMA. But if there is no reply or help from the local dealer, please contact support@dji.com and make a short description of it.
