Hey guys,

So I've sent my Inspire Pro in for repair. I keep refreshing the inquiry interface thingy on the DJI website, but it's been a week and I'm still anxiously waiting for the assessment and cost estimate. I'm in Europe and the drone is in Germany I think, if that helps. Is this how much it usually takes ? I've thankfully had no previous experience with DJI's repair services until now.

Hi Occristian, our usual turnaround time is about 2 weeks

So it's been another week since payment,
2 and a half weeks since it says it arrived at service,
3 and a half weeks since I sent it.

Still no update on the web interface where you plug the serial number in.

I'll keep posting until the drone arrives back; It would have really helped me to find such a topic here so I could plan accordingly but might as well do it myself.

Another 2 days later, it finally shows as shipped; going to post when it arrives.
