After the upgrade, did you connect your mobile device to the Internet before connecting to the Osmo WiFi?

I have the exact same issue. Yes DJI GO has been connected to the Internet... the OSMO setup is SO buggy I cant believe I spent so much money to be a guinea pig!
here's my log:

This issue is just an exception, I'm sure that only quite a few people may encounter this issue.
The new bin firmware file is directly provided by our engineers in HQ specifically for the issue, so our EU Support may be not very clear about the details.

What am I supposed to do with this bin file? I just download it to my phone and upgrade again? I'm having the same audio issue everyone else is having with osmo pro where i can hear the audio through my app but no where else.

Have you opened the button ''Audio Record'' on Camera Settings---Audio Control? Is microphone red when you take video?
