Why?  You can't fix everything with a firmware change!!!

I'm looking for a new firmware too!!!

They are most likely trying to make sure the next release goes smoothly as the last one caused so many issues

I hope so.  I love my Phantom 4, and it is solely responsible for getting me interested in videography.  I've been a keen amateur/semi-pro photographer for a few years now using mainly Canon gear (5D Mk III, lights, backgrounds etc) and have always been interested in the video potential of the 5D MkIII but have never really done anything about it.  Seeing the kind of shots the Phantom 4 allows me to get I'm now reading everything I can and watching as many YouTube tutorial videos as I can to learn the art of film making, post processing, editing, compositing, grading, the list goes on!

I want my Phantom 4 to be as stable as it can be, with as few flaws as possible.  That's why I'm hoping they're taking their time to get it right.  I just wish they'd be a bit more forthcoming about it.

Why need update if Phantom 4 has no software issues? I'm happy with my P4
