Hi.

Have a new P4. Almost one month flying with no issues at all. Great performance.

But two days ago i updated to the latest version of the DJI Go app (2.8.2) and yesterday i could not fly at all.
Right after the update. No flights in between.


The message in the app screen is "No Image Transmission Signal".
And the aiscraft status screen says "Gimbal Disconnected".


Again, this happened right after i uddated to the latest version of the Go app.
No flights in between. Last flight before the update was perfect.


In fact i have no image in my screen, can´t fiddle any video or stills variables.
Can´t record or even calibrate the gimbal. All the plugs to the camera and gimbal seem fine.

And it all happened in a very inconvenient moment.

I was shooting a documentary in a distant location from my hometown.
Couldn´t get the shot at all. And it is costing me money.

Back in my hometown I tried again. Same error. Same problem.

Please, DJI, you need to fix this as soon as possible.
Or at least realize that maybe there is a problem with the latest version of the DJI Go app (2.8.2).

While waiting for the fix from dji, you can restore your app back to 2.8.1 or use Charles web debugging proxy to get 2.8.1

Interesting I just had this exact symptom, Worked yesterday but not today, not done anything to it in the between time. Tried to do a firmware refresh but it failed.
Note firmware versions were 01.01.0411 on the aircraft and V2.8.3 for the App
Scratched head quite a bit then noticed the led above the memory card flashing unusually, I removed the card and bingo everything came alive again.
I reinserted the card and carried out a format from the app.
This seemed to resolve the problem, now thinking back the only thing I did different was download the images with an iPad then got the iPad to delete all images.
This seemed to cause the problem for me, in future I wont do this I will simply carry out a format of the memory card to clear the files. :-)
