I keep getting flickering in all my downloads. I changed the settings to 1080/30 and still not clear. What is the best setting to shoot ? I don't want to go down to 720 but I might have to. Run me through the best setup.

It's the props causing the shadow flickering, cos of the angle you are filming at in relation to the sun. It has nothing to with 1080 or 720 settings. I brought a clip on shadow hood off eBay

720/60fps I always use. For such a tiny camera it's not bad. I never get flickering.

Flickering is usually caused by
1: prop shadows across the lens-drop the angle of lens and don't fly into the sun if possible.

2: cheap/slow SD card- I always use class 10 sandisk- not cheap but I get good results.

And certainly shoot 720/60p. I shoot as a pro and use it all the time. 1080/60i is actually interlaced 108030i and is far too slow for moving video work. Hope this helps.

i did 720/60 today, and it looks pretty good.  i think for slower moving stuff i may stick with 1080 but for the motion stuff (panning, flying faster, etc) ill prob go with rod's recommendation of 720/60.
