Fellow Pilots/DJI

since yesterday I cannot sync my FLIGHTRECORDS (synching ALL) anymore... I seems to do something, which takes MUCH longer than usual (last week), but then it ends the process with the message: "SYNC FAILED: RETRY". Sometimes after synching (or something like that) 3% , 57%, 78% and even 95%... This has not happened before to me...
The number of flights is around 120.

DJI Phantom 4 v. 1.1.411
DJI Go App - v. 2.8.3
Apple iPad Pro 9.7 - Ipad Pro 12 - iPhone 6s all with iOS 9.3.2
Fast internet connection

Does anyone has this problem or can somebody try.... maybe a DJI server problem?

Hi DJI-Paladin... maybe someone else read it It is working again now... I just synched my records on all three Apple-devices.... Thank you for your quick answer...

Glad to hear that.If it keeps failing next time, feel free to upload the syncing log and post the link here which could be found under the app's folder FlightRecord.

I am glad you posted this.  Now I know that there isn't something wrong with my equipment.  I noticed the EXACT same thing starting yesterday.

If the logs do not sync and says sync failed make sure you have a good internet connection.
If you have a good connection then it's just a server thing and try later or the next day and it should be sync just fine.

I'm having the same issue. It fails every time. All the apps and firmware is up to date. In fact if I create a new account it works. So I must have a corrupted flight log. Any help?

Hello. Hello. I returned from Bermuda where I had some great flights. I would like to sync them but it doesnt work. It tooks 1 hour when app is syncing but then still 4 flights are not synced. I am trying it for 3 weeks now on 3 different deviced. Internet connection is great.

Apparently I've not flown since June, and think p4 was a submarine as well as changing its name. Sync failed. I factory reset another device and it seemed to be showing flights... I'll check again tonight!
