Hi, newbie here, my son has a S900 that crashed at the weekend.
We need to get 2 x DJI S900 PART 19. GIMBAL DAMPING CONNECTING BRACKETS. However I can only find them in packs of 4, we only need 2, wondering if anyone can help.

The dealer may be able to help you out with a lesser quatity, but generally the packs they are in are what they are. Having extras would not be a bad idea in case it happens again.
If the dealer is not able to sell you a lower quantity, then you will most likely have some extras. Spare parts are not a bad thing to have with these DIY builds, especially if crashed are a common occurence.
