For all interested, attached is the pre-flight checklist I use for my Phantom 3 Pro. It may not be all inclusive, but it covers the basics. Let me know if it is helpful. Critical insight is always more than welcomed.

I would not use it as a pre-flight checklist but a good maintenance checks every 20 flights or so.
My pre-flight checks are:
1. Make sure batteries are in good health (all cells).
2. Props are in good condition and clean
3. RTH height is verified
4. Smartphone/tablet battery is at least 75%; Controller battery is at least 50%.
5. I pick a clean channel (32 channel hack)

WOW, that's a pretty detailed preflight checklist. You should never have an accident due to pilot error.

From start to finish it takes about 10 minutes, if the initial checks are done post flight. If not it takes about 15 minutes.

Very nice, I've seen so many videos of crashes that were so easily avoidable with even a tiny checklist.
