I installed Argtek antenna mod on my P3S TX and getting 1000m range in CE mode.
Now I'm planning on installing the new Sunhans boosters (gold version)
The 2W 5.8 booster will be installed on the rc-signal antenna.
But where should I install the 3W 2.4 booster?
Why are there 2 x 2.4 antennas on the TX?
Should I boost both 2.4 antennas? Or just one?
Wouldn't it be a better option to boost the 2.4 antenna on the bird itself?

My guess is both 2.4 antennas on the TX are transmitting/recieving same signal.
When I cover one 2.4 antenna the signal strenght on the app drops to 50%.
Same for covering the other antenna.
But In both cases (covering left or right) all info on the app is displayed (video and telemetry)

Appreciate all your inputs!

Don't run the 5.8GHz booster at the recommended 12volts..I have cooked 4 of them .reduce the voltage to 7.4 volts and you will be ok...12volts is fine for the 2.4Ghz though. .also the cheaper generic booster use the same exact circuit board the Sunhans use down to the part numbers. I think they are same company making the boards for Sunhans and generic brands..so go cheap. I could be wrong but doubt it.

It doesn't matter which 2.4 you put the amp on.  The controller switches between the two transceivers trying to find the best signal.  It will prefer the one with the amp.

It's best to amp the pilot side and not bother to amp the bird side.
