I have updated the Aircraft to 1.9.1.30.Then I updated the RC to 1.7.4.
After that, the APP shows the warning "RC Encryption Error".
What is the problem?
Then I degrade the RC back to 1.6.0, the status become original and can use normally.

Try upgrading again sounds like it didn't go smoothly the first time.

I tired many times for upgrade and downgrade...
But still got the encryption error.

Hello Eric,It's probably a hardware issue.I'd suggest you email support@dji.com and tech support will guide you to send it in.

Try  using another Wi- Fi source and another  Go App device ,  for the update of the RC . Make sure you have a strong signal .  I tell you this 1.7 update has been hellish for many members.

Try to reset the RC using the following button combination:

* Turn on the controller, and the aircraft should be off.
* Press C1, C2, and shutter on the controller then turn the controller off.
* Turn on both the aircraft and the controller and link the remote

It won't reset the firmware, but it should refresh the RC of any weird data. If the issue persists, attempt to downgrade the RC to 1.6 and then reapply the latest firmware.

When you are saying to link the remote at the end of the procedure ,  is this when you need to press the Red button on the Inspire to bind them back together ?
Also when you say shutter, are you talking about the  button used to take still photographs ?  
You are depressing all 3  of these AND AT THE SAME TIME  turn off the RC ?  Is this correct

Yes Donnie, all three buttons held in at the same time ( shutter = photo button ). Knowing you, I bet you have already read up on this by the time you read my reply though.
