My brand new, never used Phantom 4 battery appears to be fully discharged and won't charge. It won't stay on nor stay in charge. I tried turning it on and plug in the charger right after, and when I do then it charges for like 3 seconds before shutting down again. Is it faulty? What can I do?
For information, it behaves as in this youtube video I found.
Hi, the battery is faulty, if you just bought it, please contact the seller and see if if you can exchange it directly, otherwise you can contact support@dji.com and send it in for an exchange. Thank you.
Hi, just got my P4 for Christmas and the only 1 battery I have does't charge. It briefly showed the green light and 1 bar but it disapeared instantly. The Best Buy store I bought it from says I have to return the battery to DJI. Is their a trick to bring it back to life.
Have you tried to charge battery over an hour? If the Battery Level Indicators are still off, please send the product to DJI for diagnosis. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
