Hey there guys I recently had an issue with my battery. I recently got my phantom 4 with 3 battery last august 24 2016. One of my battery is not working properly i have used it 2-3 times since i got the drone. It does turn on and off but wont charge. I did notice in the battery teeth that one area has a protruding metal that's why it wont charged because a metal is protruding from its teeth. I already contacted DJI support awaiting reply. I really hope they will replace this because this is barely new. Other than this problem I'm so happy with my P4.
Here is the picture. As you can see the one on top has protruding/visible metal. The bottom one is normal and is working well.
BTW these are original battery which I have received from DJi store. Also no accident was involved. Product number (082AD5P0311CMJ)
It is currently my day 14 since i received the phantom 4 so im guessing i fall on this on: You can request to replace a product you purchased from us"Within 15 calendar days of delivery if the product has a manufacturing defect"
