X5 first update failed

Hi
I just bought my new osmo pro X5 .
I tried to update the Osmo X5 with latest version ( OSMO Pro Firmware v1.3.0.40 ) before anything else .
but the update failed .. everything working except the display screen .. I cannot see anything through the lens .. the screen black .
and here is the Result for trying update the Firmware :

FOCUS NOT CONNECT.
Result: Failed.
Reboot the aircraft and try to upgrade the firmware again.

It seems everything up to date except the  Encoder "failed"
Please I need a solution as fast as passable .

I have tried it 20 times I think .. no luck .

Based on that information either an exchange or a repair service would be the best course of action. There's no need to continue hitting your head against the proverbial wall.

Hi this might be a silly suggestion but have you tried to put an earlier firmware update on first, I say this because I had an issue with my osmo pro and went back one firmware and it loaded then it took the latest.
I did not have the same error code though.
