I made a quick video today when I took my dogs to the beach.
I was very impressed how stable the video was when running down the beach.
I did not do any kind of stabilization while editing.
Even at 1080P, you got crispy sharp pictures, hard to believe its so stable when running around.
Very good work. Shame on me my LG G3 take the same 1080P video with very poor quality. (guest app. 320P quality using 1080P setting)
To be honest, I was not expecting it to be so stable running down the beach trying to keep up with my dogs. But if you play the slow motion part a few times you can see it was rock solid. I'm very impressed with the Osmo Mobile.
Ya, I had to make a slow motion part. Our dogs are so goofy especially the little one and he's got the funniest facial expressions. I crap up watching that part.
Thanks, and I am not an Osmo user. I've just been playing with the Osmo Mobile for a while. It really does take a good walking technique to get stable footage.
Slow motion as well as zoom and live streaming only in iOS app, hope we get it in Android app soon, though can use native phone app to do these and use Mobile only for stabilization.
Ken, thanks for explaining the zoom feature. I didn't find anything in the manual on how to do it, the trigger and joystick method works great. Again, thanks.
Hi, I've heard similar reports with LG phones, we're working to improve the DJI Go now. Meanwhile, you can use your stock camera app for shooting on Osmo Mobile.
