My DJI Osmo Mobile does´t work!

Hey Guys,

i´ve got my DJI Osmo Mobile today. I was charging it, then i´ve activated it.

I´t works very well with my iPhone 6S Plus for 30 Minutes. Then i shut it down.

Now i wanted to start it again, but the Gimbal is just shaking from the left to the right side an back again. The right LED is blinking green very fast and continiuty.

On the Display i get the Failure Message: "Device Failure, Please start it again". But it doesnt work. Its just goes from complete right to complete left side and back.

I need it on Friday, becaue i go on a big vacation with my grilfriend.

Can you help me please? The Gimbal is just shaking around!

Did you try double pressing the "trigger" directly under the charging port? This for me normaly restores device failures if i experience them…

Yes,

i pressed the Trigger twice but it does´t help.

Are you able to try recalibrating the gimbal? Maybe that could help?
