Not sure if this is common with DJI orders. Got an email this am stating that my order was cancelled and a refund was issued. My credit card should not be the problem she nce credit is available and the certified by visa thing went through when I ordered.

Since that email this am, I checked the dji store website and my order is still under "authorized". I tried contacting DJI through email, chat and twitter. Nothing. Is this the usual for DJI?

Any help would be great.

Are you sure the email came from DJI?  It is possible it could be spam of some sort don't click on those links in your email, I would hover over the link and ensure that it is from an @dji.com email domain.  I spoke with Chat yesterday and they were immediately talking to someone.  I would try again honestly.

I read that they won't take your money till they ship it. You are authorized as they said. They checked out your credentials all is good. Your authorized.
