I just found this video and wonder if someone has an explaination what is going on here. He got lucky there were not trees or so.
But it stayed uncontrolable for a while. Then it is controlable again, then again not... Atleast not up or down.

I would expect it to be able to fly it manually, whatever mode. GPS is just for added stabilty and ease of flying, but without gps, just using vision, should stay fully flyable and controlable, not?

New here, but been reading a lot and following up on drones and the MAVIC will become my first drone (not first quadcopter, those I can fly )

That's amazing, they say you can't switch to atti mode, so unless gps failed, I don't know how he did that..

Yeah, I just saw it. Sorry. I think i missed it caus needed to register and then wait and couldnt activate immediatly. Then I posted it and saw someone beat me to it

He beat me at it exactly the amount of time I needed to wait before I could do anything (wait 30mins after registration, look at timestamp)

Mods can delete it.
