Did anyone use osmo for streaming live on facebook?
works great right? love it!

The only issue that I'm having is live on youtube.

I'm getting lots of grey screen while on live, so when audience comes in they hear my voice perfect,
but the screen goes grey every 5sec also..

is anybody having the same problem?

So I thought my internet connection from my phone is too slow.
So I bought adapters that I can connect the ethernet cable to my iphone.

It's definitely faster, but still having the same problem on youtube live streaming.

any advice would be helpful

Have you tried to change the network from wifi to cellular?

Well.. wifi connect with osmo.. and it uses my cellular as network..

Facebook live works fine..
But not youtube : (

Actually I've had problems on Facebook, haven't tried YouTube yet. No green or gray screens but connection issues, dropouts etc, not to mention that for some reason I fail to understand the second I press "go live" the external mic is magically replaced with the internal mic, really odd since I was under the impression that the external input fiscally lifts the internal mic. That's my main gripe, in fact the disconnect could always be a hardware issue (meaning the phone)

Having the exact same problems, tested on an ipad mini 4, and an iphone 6. Got in touch with support, no help, they're putting in a ticket.  Will probably have to return the unit, shame.

I Call Tech Support, and they told me to try w another phone. iPhone X, iPhone 6 and 6s same problem. It only do the grey screen wile stream live, only in live, once the video stream finish it looks ok on youtube.

Hi Guya, I have same issue. Grey drops during transmision. Later, mean 30 min. recordered movie looks good. Plese help...

I have osmo plus.Dji answered that it is impossible to stream.
