I ordered and paid as soon as the page came up to order and still havent recieved a tracking number yet.  I did get the notice that it would ship tomorrow the 22nd which it is there.

We'll it's bulls**t again. I orderes 27th few minutes to 8pm. No email, no update, nothing. And i see people who ordered on 29th receiving updates... why this company can't just do what they say they will do?? {:4_142:}{:4_142:}

When did your payment clear.  Some banks do better at international transactions than others.  You may want to look at that.

My order was at 1300 UTC on 28th (shipping to Aus). Instant payment by PayPal. Yet no updated shipping message. So much for first come first served

I think it's unfair they're dispatching orders in order of when payment was received. As long as they received payment from the customer they should dispatch based on order time. I ordered on 28th but payment didn't get processed until 29th because they thought it was fraud and didn't process my order until they called me from Beijing to confirm why I was delivering to Malaysia but using UK credit card.

Not really my fault. Ah well I see some 29th dispatches so hopefully mine dispatches soon!!! Sooo happy to hear this news for people.

I rather be delayed and get the phone call, instead of another person using my credit card and shipping it to another country. You need to get your priorities in order.

- How does a company not know the reason for the delays of shipment? or not know when the shipments will proceed? Took 3 reminders to confirm that the money wad deducted and paid to DJI - though it was deducted the moment the order was placed? We are in the feudal ages are we wherein money's extorted by the "Count" and us peasants do not know what's happening to it? or when the roads will be built? Is this response for real from the LA DJI Team??{:4_177:}

You know your right about that I order mine on the 1st of oct but I think it got clearance on the 4th or earlier, because I checked with 4 days later and notice that it said credit card paid. so I don't know when my clear but I am in no rush I believe I will leave in a later batch. much later batch.

I just check with my credit card payment and it says on 5 of oct but the order was place on the 1st of oct so I will be in the batch of the 5 of oct.........

this is the date that my bank was charge even though the order was put on the 1st of oct

So is it when the money cleared or when you put the order in. Bit confused. Ordered 1/10 and money cleared 6/10. In Australia. Hopefully not when money cleared, because order was made earlier. Anyway. See what happens. Just told my pregnant wife (and very hormonal), and she was excited lol. Phew. Might order extra batteries when it arrives.
Order number shows (how I can interpret it I am in the 400 range for Australia if first numbers are region, next what order and last few what order for the mavic.
Read a few comments about people ordered combo. Hopefully they send out mavic first and then extra pack after. You were here before other people including me. Feel for you. But at least there are few shipped. Waiting for first arrival

You get the order number if you finish your order. The payment have nothing to do with the order number. Got same times as you Order 1th payment 6 bank transfer because paypal sucked :-/

Just got SMS with the tracking number from DHL. It said it should arrive by Tuesday in Switzerland. I've ordered on the 28th. Just the Mavic.

Oh man..  I am getting flipping mad at DJI right now.. I was one of the first 10 or so to pre-order but used their official store on Amazon and it has not shipped!!!!!!!!!!!!!  ARGH!!!   

I've Just receive the email confirmation from DJi to confirm the shippment via DHL, i should receive it on Wednesday on Portugal.

Don't get too worked up.  I bet it actually did ship.  Mine was through amazon too and my order status still says preparing shipment, but DJI support gave me my tracking number when i asked.  unless you orderd the fly-more package?

So, do we have any clue as to how shipping is working at all?  I'm in the U.S., just 2 hours North of DJI HQ in Los Angeles.   I placed my order at 8 P.M. on the 27th of Sept for the more combo.  Bought straight from DJI and payment cleared only a few minutes after I ordered.  So, one would guess that I might be one of the first consumers to get it given date and time plus my location of order....  I have no update and still says shipment pending..... What gives DJI?????
