I was so happy when shipping company changed to DHL and now? It's back to translation missing tba.... what a joke this is my 10th week since I ordered...

That's not good at all. We know there's a big shipment in Australia currently. Hopefully yours is in a batch that gets released to you?

Anyone in Europe/Ireland receive delivery notifications today?
Don't see many orders being dispatched of late.

Update for the spreadsheet. Ordered 3/10 arrived today 12/12. Exactly 10 weeks to the day.

Took 5 days to arrive after shipping notification changed to shipped.

Welp.... I got mine about 10 min. ago... It was shipped FRIDAY and got to my door in 3 days!!!...Ordered Oct. 17. Bird and battery.... Gotta go! Thanks DJI!!!!!

mine was set to be delivered tomorrow here in australia.. just found out my address was jumbled and on dhl my post code is wrong.
now dhl sends me a bill to pay tax where in tax was included. apparently,  the price declared was not the actual price.   i really don't mind but i jst need the drone sent to me.
i know is overwhelming for dji with all the orders and the delays, i just wish they did everything right on the shipping too

I have the same issue with DHL trying to charge me taxes for Australian customs and duties, but you shouldn't have to pay. On the DHL screen that details the charges, you should be able to download the documentation. On the 'archive doc' under 'features' it should say 'Duties and taxes paid (DD)'.

I gave DHL a call and told them it should be DDP (delivered duties paid) and told them about the document and they checked again and said they would change it and it would be charged back to DJI. Call DHL on 1300 921 066, this is their department for customs and duties in Australia.

If that doesn't work, ask DHL to contact the sender, or contact DJI on their online sales email address. You most definitely shouldn't have to pay.

Does the Tracking Number appear in the Web Login screen or just in the APP when it's available??

I don't see a line on the website Order Screen for Tracking number but I do at the bottom of the Order page in the App.

Mayoo, notifications to DJI forums about shipments has almost completely dried up.  I don't know whether there just aren't many forum users with the Oct 15-25 order dates (and hence not many updates), or whether shipments have slowed.

Ordered: 10/25/16 - 3pm Eastern Time. Mavic Only + Battery and spare props. This morning changed to Shipped and Fed-ex.  No tracking yet. Heading to Florida.

I would say most people now have about given up all hope in seeing their Mavic or P4 pro + batteries anytime soon.......all we get is a Mushroom response from DJI

Ordered combo on 10/18 from Hong Kong. Payment confirmed, still waiting for it to be shipped. Annoying as they HQ is literally across the border in Shenzen. Hoping to get it before I go back to Cali to visit family.

Ordered Fly More Combo October 18th... shows blue dot "Shipped" as of an hour ago. Shipper is FedEx to California.No tracking ID yet.

yeah.. apparently the amount indicated as value was not the same as the actual value. dhl aus has been investigating the shipments. i hope it gets sorted fast

Lucky! I've sorted out the issue of DHL trying to charge me import taxes, but now customs are claiming the item is undervalued. I've sent them the order confirmation and my bank transaction and hopefully they'll release it soon.

This hasn't been the easiest of transactions. Think I'll just order from apple next time. It'll be cheaper, quicker and much much easier.

From the documentation I saw, mine was valued appropriately, so I'm not sure why customs have chosen to question it?

Just got shipping notification from DHL.

Looks like my mavic is on it's finally on it's way to Scotland!
