So my Inspire 1 arrived (direct from the DJI web store) with dual controllers. One controller works just fine, the other doesn't recognise any USB device that I connect to it. I've reported this via their live chat. Though I've yet to receive any feedback from DJI.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue? Is there any way of resetting the controllers?

Does anyone know how long DJI normally take to resolve this?

Yes, I've tried changing the cable. Using the same cable, one controller works, the other does not.

I'm not able to get any device to talk to the 'faulty' controller via USB. I'm unable to change the master/slave setting on it, or even view what it's set to.

it also does not recognize the connected Gimbal for FW upgrade...?

It was fresh from DJI with < 3 days in transit. I suspect that it was already running the latest firmware.  
I raised this with DJI Europe and have a DOA return arranged. Hopefully that will sort this out with minimal pain.
