May I know what mobile device you are using? how about the DJI GO APP version?
When you tried to sync flight records, it said "failed"? what the percentage it went? have you tried to change the network internet connection?
Besides, if you did not sync it successfully, you will lose the flight records after delete the APP and re-install it.
Would you please try another mobile device the next time you flying? |
