DJI Phantom 4 Signal Battery Errors!

I Have DJI Phantom 4 and purchased a month ago after I DJI Phantom 4 Firmware Update I I have problems on signal "Battery Error" on my P4, where before p4 take off all normal conditions and after the plane began to take off about 30 seconds on the screen DJI Go app shows "Battery Error" and the battery indicator N / A, and when My best best state surviving scaled back indicator Battery normal. I raise again the best "Battery Error" my best again lower the battery indicator in the normal App DJI go again and so on and I've tried 3 battery all the same. What happened ? Help

Hi topex.pex, please make sure you upgraded it successfully since you noticed that error after a firmware upgrading.
You could try to reset it to factory default through Assistant 2 and then upgrade it again.
And you could also try to fully-discharge it then fully-charge it to check whether it's improved.

I have the same error after updating to Version 01.02.0602 and Version 1.8.0 on the RC.
Now battery that was in aircraft during upgrade (lets call it Battery 1) gives me Battery Error (Battery Signal Error). If a change the battery to one of the other two that I have it has no problems. If I put back Battery 1 it starts ok but after 15 seconds it says "Cannot take off" and then changes to "Battery Error" and all four lights are solid red on aircraft. All four cell for Battery 1 are at 4.06V and total voltage is 16.3 and temperature 42C.
Battery 1 has only 18 charges cycles and I used this battery yesterday before upgrade without problems.   
One more thing: during upgrade I started with Assistant and failed twice, had to do it from DGI Go App to successfully complete the upgrade. Maybe those failed tries from Assistant felt battery in a bad condition/status?

I read your message and downgraded one version and now there is no battery error and I can fly my P4 Pro.

How soon are you going to release a new firmware? For some reason I can't downgrade, i get a upgrade failure everytime.

You should see a "Restore to Factory Defaults" button at the bottom of the Firmware section of the Assistant 2 software.

The Phantom 4 Pro is new, I had just few flights. After upgrading  v01.02.0304 I can't flight with the original battery that came with the drone  because I have an error.
I have a second new battery (older type 5350 mAh) that after the upgrade works perfectly. What should I do? Do I need to downgrade and wait for a new firmware update or my battery is faulty and I need to send it back?

ok so i did reset the factory defauts and it didnt change anything. Please advise, do i send the battery back?

Just to clarify, is this the only battery you have or do you have other batteries that aren't demonstrating this issue?

You could wait for another update to see if it brings back the first battery, but the fastest course of action would be to send the battery into DJI for a potential warranty replacement.

You should be able to acquire a repair form here:

http://www.dji.com/service/repair

Just to clarify, the battery is replaced via the Repair Center so it won't be 'repaired'. Alternatively, you can email the Europe Support team directly at support.eu@dji.com in order to get all the information you need for a battery replacement as well.
