Hi
We made the maiden with a M600 & RTK yesterday. All went well.
The system works nice and is a candidate for our industrial inspection system.

I try to understand the DJI RTK and need some help here.

Can someone please provide information regarding the Go App information on GPS/RTK status.
What symbols are used for 3D differential GPS, RTK float and RTK fix?
Where can I see if we have SBAS?

Where can I see the reported heading in °?

Today I had the M600 sitting outside, RTK running.
1. The altitude reported is wrong. The copter sits at 512m alt and RTK reports  550m.
2. The go app shows a heavy horizontal position shift (7m in 3min) although the RTK lat&lon numerical coords are stable.
IMHO only one coord must be used for positioning. If RTK is available it is RTK, otherwise 3D from the standard GPS system.
Is this a bug in the go app or does the M600 not use the RTK coordinates?

Your help is much appreciated.

Cheers
Christof

Hi

Unfortunately nobody drom DJI seems to be interested to explain the wrong altitude reported.
I contacted EU support where I was told that only north america support would support m600.
The US support promissed to follow up within 48hrs. This was a week ago.

My email written support request was not answered for two weeks now.

How should we give a product with no support to our customers?
Hope to hear from DJI soon.

Cheers

Hi Chrisof, dji have given little to no response on their rtk product as many on this forum have asked loads of questions.

I received some answers this morning:

1. You can see the RTK status in the settings interface. You can find an 'R' icon in the app.
2. The altitude in the app is the ellipsoidal height, is not the physical height above see level.

There is a bug in RTK Ground, it asks for ellipsoidal height but if you enter a ellipsoidal height from a gps it does  not work (green led is not fixed). I am waiting months for a firmware upgrade or i will give rtk back to recover the money. Regards Ramiro.
