exactly as the title says, we have set the bandwitgh to EXT and followed all the wiring instructions for this settup yet we're finding it impossible to get a video feed from our GH4 to our groundstation.

What startup sequence do you use as this is critical, especially if you also have an FPV camera and a slave ground unit?

when we start up the drone we are turning our single handset on first then the aircraft, we haven't fitted any FPV cameras

This is the sequence that works for me.

Start the Go App and when the Inspire picture appears, turn on the LB2 ground unit.

The LB2 picture appears but do not] enter camera mode.

Start the aircraft with the GH4 switched off and wait until the A3 appears in the app.

Enter camera mode and switch output to EXT.

Switch on the GH4.

Check that the app is still switched to EXT as sometimes it goes back to LB

Nope still nothing, as soon as the camera turns on the LED on the gimball starts flashing and no video

To clarify, what are your resolution settings? Have you made sure that EXT has not been accidentially disabled? Are all components up to date with the latest firmware? What mobile device do you use and what app version do you have?

Latest dji go app on android and all firmware is up to date and the gh4 is outputting 1080p and the app is permanently set to EXT with 100% bandwigth

What LED indicators are you getting from the GH4 gimbal itself? What color is Video LED indicator on the LB2 air end? Are all components up to date with the latest firmware and software?

Yeah they are all up to date as I said in my previous post. the LED on the front of thr gimbal is blinking orange/yellow and the video LED is red

I've been told to replace the PCB in thr gimbal by our local supplier as there is a know issue with the Z15 GH4 PCB

It does sound like a PCB issue, is this happening right out of the box during set up or have you had this rig for a while and the issue occured after a firmware update or hard landing? It's good to hear you were able to discern the issue, are you getting this addressed through your dealer or or would you like the contact information for our Europe Support team?

basically we're upgrading our old S1000 to A3 and lightbridge 2 so this issue cropped up when switching from AV transmission to HD

oh nnnooooooo we have the exact same problem with the same setup.....gimbal led was fine until we updated some of the gimbal elements then bingo......................

we ended up ditching the Z15 and now we're using an x3 and x5
