Do you have a picture or a link to the frame? If it's under 300mm, then it should be fine. It's made to fit on small FPV racing frames.

My buddy flies a Storm SRD V4 with snails and it is screaming fast.  As for a Storm 8, I'd think you'd want motors more suited for heavy lift.
