I've spoked with support (by email onlinesales@dji.com>) during 5 days and still don't have solution! My origin request number is 294393
I received my order few days ago ( DJI Ronin-MX)  (order number: 034111776668)
And it seems to not good for my camera. So i would like to return it and then change it to the big one (DJI Ronin).It's new, not-activated and so on, so the support told me that I can send it back without problems. But they didn't tell me the address!
I've bought the item at spanish version of the site (i'm from Spain) and the box was dispatched from UK.
So i think i need to return it  to UK also. But PLEASE tell me the address!!
And please give me instructions how will process, how i can recieve my money and then buy new item?
