Just got my tracking information too, but seriously? London -> Germany via DHL Express with an expected delivery time of another 7 days?! Thats not very expressy.. I hope this is a very pessimistic estimate.

Hoping that as well. Would be faster when directly coming from China

When am I likely to see the product I payed for? I'm in UK, still not marked as shipped ..

Ah, I have received a status update. (I have ordered on February 16th @ DJI Store)

Also got the Monday delivery email.. but 7 days from Uk to Sweden?? DHL Expess?? I can walk to UK from here and back in less than 7 days WTF..

All is exactly the same for me.
My order was placed on feb 19.
Got the Shipping blue dot on friday 24
The get the email with tracking number today 27
with DHL estimate delivery to next monday March 6

I have a question if you don't mind Ken. I ordered a Mavic Pro and this morning it says "Shipped" but there is no tracking info like with other orders I've made in the past. Do you know when and where I can find a tracking #?

Also got the email but 1 week to ship, that going to be a total of 13 Days from order to delivery.

I ordered mine Thursday night and received it this morning. 4 days from China to California. I am very impressed!

More than likely it was already in California.. California is one of there shipping hubs. Its also where the repair facility is in Carson where they ship out the replacements.

It came from Shenzhen, China. I followed the FedEx tracking all weekend.

Just got sending confirmation from my local dealer here in Norway a few hours ago. So they got a lot of drones from DJI this week because i ordered in january and was way back in the que a week ago

No I instantly sent mail to dji, and guess what? half an hour later I got an email with shipping number

My package is now awaiting pickup by carrier for over 24 hours already. It sadly seems like the estimate of 7 days shipping by DHL Express is pretty accurate.. Never had any problems with DHL, but seriously? This is labeled express delivery, what would the standard delivery even look like?

If the estimate is correct, it would be 14 days total from order to arrival of the mavic. I would have been totally fine with that, if it clearly stated something like "~14 days delivery time" instead of "1-3 business days"...
