Why did they send my phantom 3s to the wrong address after I reqeust *CustomerSupport* change it & told then the address was wrong on the tracking number... *CustomerSupport* had 7+ days to fix this small issue, not including that I called & email then a number of time to make sure they did it. *CustomerSupport* told me each time it was done & wait for a comformation email... Never recived any comformation email which is why I kept contacting *CustomerSupport*... Call *CustomerSupport* a min ago, they told my to contact UPS... For what??? You guy put the worng address on the package & never tried to change with ample time to do so... Now I'm wanting on a email & someone else has my $500 item... I'm calling everyday till DJI gets this right... CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NOT GOOD until this matter is settled... |
