Experienced a Esc-error with my Phantom 4, post doing an formware upgrade to the latest version. Contacted DJI and received excellent service from Alice Liu in assiting remedying this problem.  Alice demonstrated exceptional people skills in her communication, and was extremely helpful in overcoming this Esc-error issue. Thankyou Alcie and DJI for the excellent service.
