Loose blades! Need help!

Finally got my hands on the DJI mavic today. So excited that I got everything charged and updated and took it out for a spin in a flat open area.

So I turned it on and started the motors and let it spin to make sure all was good... soooooo I decided it's time to take off. Within 2 seconds, MY MAVIC STARTED TO SPIN AND IT CRASHED OH MY POOR BABY

Took me a couple of minutes but found my missing blade that flew out... not exactly sure when it flew out but it did which I would probably guess caused the crash.

Snapped it back, locked it, took off. Same thing happened FOUND THE BLADE LOCKED IT AGAIN

Only now that a warning had popped up that a blade was looose?! Shouldn't this have been the case before taking off when the blades were already spinning??

finally it flew fine but there's a couple of scratches and a damaged arm

Could anyone help me out here? What should I do about it?

Are you sure the blade was properly attached and locked before your first flight? Also you should not have flown a second time without inspecting the blade that flew off against the other blades to see if it was defective.

Did you put the blade that came off back on? Or did you put a new pair on and the same thing happened?

Sorry for your crash. It's probably the propeller didn't installed properly.

So sorry for the lack of updates, been pretty busy lately.
I figured it was my fault for not checking the blades properly and I assumed it wouldn't take off without proper installation - my bad.

I'm actually looking for solutions to fixing the broken landing arm?
